I have been doing a new exercise program for almost 2 weeks..It's called INSANITY!
It fits the name!! So stinkin' hard,,ugh!!
My friends Nick and Cortney (who are hot) turned me on to this program.
I wanna be as hot as they are, so I'm doing it!!
I totally forgot to measure myself at the beginning (finally did it today) but I've noticed a difference so it's ok if I don't have "numbers"
But I did weigh myself at the beginning and I've only lost 1/3 of a pound. BUT--my pants fit better, my shirts that were tight are no longer tight, and I'm starting to like the way I look! So I'm ignoring the scale for now. My husband keeps asking me if I've lost weight so it's not my imagination!! :)
My MIL and my husband and kids are being so supportive and congratulating me for keeping up with it even though "it looks so hard" and none of them can do it,,even my "fit" kids.. hehe!
It's a 60 day program..I WILL stick with it and I will post my results so you know if it's worth your effort! Wish me luck!!
